Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any Blackcat order within 30 days of receiving your package.

The return period expires 30 days after you or a third party receives the package. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all cute tags intact.

To exercise your return right, please notify us with a clear statement before sending back your items.

We will reimburse your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return package. You will not incur any processing fees for valid reimbursements.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a valid return, please ensure that:

• Purchased within 30 days

• In original packaging

Items that cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized dark kawaii apparel.

• Hosiery, bodysuits, and intimates for hygiene reasons.

• Unsealed accessories, chokers, or cosmetics.

• Items purchased during final sale clearance events.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.

Returning Items

You are responsible for shipping costs and risks when returning items. Send packages to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Blackcat is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels without proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a digital gift store credit once we receive the returned package.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser.
